Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

Location: San Rafael, CA

The Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the successful delivery of Nomadic technical components to venues. S/he will manage external manufacturers and assembly partners to negotiate the timely purchase of high quality components. S/he will be responsible for proper documentation, procuring and shipping items, and ensuring all technical and structural components have been tested and verified. This will be a hands-on position within a nimble, focused start-up team with the intent to enable scale of Nomadic both domestically and abroad.

The Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator will report directly to our Producer, working closely with the VP Finance, CEO, and our external build contractor. S/he will have no direct reports but will influence various parts of the organization.

**This is a 6-month contract with option to convert to FTE**

This position is located in our San Rafael HQ and requires in-office daily work. This is NOT a remote position.
